Water request and AI chat privacy notice
When you explicitly submit a water-test or callback request, Knight Home Water Solutions receives your name, telephone, email, request type, service address for a visit, water source, service interest, preferred date and time, and callback preference. The team uses these details to respond, check service availability and coordinate your request.
Requests are sent through Knight’s existing Corriston lead-management portal and email notification service (Resend) to the business’s configured team recipients. These service providers process the request for delivery and business follow-up. The request form does not send your entries to a language model or include them in page URLs or analytics events.
When AI chat is available, this automated assistant sends your typed questions and conversation history to OpenAI to generate replies. It is not a human representative. We request no response storage, but OpenAI may retain chat content in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days under its standard API policy; this is not a promise of zero retention. Do not enter sensitive information in chat. When AI is unavailable, guided answers and the existing callback form remain available without a model call. Conversation history and form drafts also stay in this browser tab’s session storage for up to one hour, through navigation. They clear on explicit reset or successful submission. Contact details belong in the form, not chat. No conversation transcript is sent with a request; only the reviewed intake fields. Please do not submit health information, payment details or other sensitive information.
The shared AI budget stores only random attempt IDs, tenant identifiers, model, timestamps, reservation amounts, outcome and token/cost totals. It does not store chat text or intake fields. Intake entries stay outside model context and chat logging. Read OpenAI’s API data controls for provider retention details.
The request flow uses a short-lived security token, server-side abuse checks and a ten-minute HttpOnly cooldown cookie to help prevent repeated submissions. General website pages may use analytics. Request details are not used as analytics fields.
Your preferred time is a request pending staff confirmation. A free in-home screening does not replace certified laboratory testing for health or safety questions.
To ask about your submitted details or request a correction or deletion, contact Knighthomesolutions@yahoo.com or call (813) 240-6825. Knight will review your request and any records it needs to retain for business or legal purposes.
Optional quality review and email interest
If you choose Allow quality review, Knight saves redacted copies of new water-service questions and answers for existing authorized Knight administrators to improve this assistant. Earlier messages and separate service-request fields are excluded. Declining or stopping future saving does not block chat or contact requests. Redaction can miss personal information; do not type sensitive details. We do not use these samples for model training, external AI analysis or marketing. Review access ends 30 days after consent; automatic cleanup normally removes expired active-database samples within five minutes, but outages can delay removal. Restricted daily infrastructure backups may retain deleted samples beyond active-database expiry. The current Pro project provides approximately one week of daily recovery history; snapshot rotation can vary. Point-in-time recovery is not enabled. Restored expired samples remain excluded from quality review and are purged before capture reopens.
The separate optional email question does not subscribe you. If available, your reviewed email choice is recorded only after a successful service request as pending interest, with its wording, version and time. Pending interest is kept for 90 days, then deleted. Existing unsubscribes remain authoritative. No newsletter enrollment, sending or list export is created by this flow.
